Case Index
The Full List of Case Files
The Case Index is the master list of every case file in the archive. It is organised so that a team can find a relevant precedent in under a minute, by collection, by affected topic, or by the kind of change that triggered the review. Each entry links to the full file with its timeline, ownership assignment, and handoff summary.
How the Index Is Organised
Files are grouped into collections: Spatial Changes, Equipment Coordination, Vertical Openings, Ceiling Conflicts, Access and Maintenance, Late Requirement Changes, and Handoff Failures. Within each collection, cases are ordered by the date a final decision was recorded. A short tag line summarises the trigger and the affected disciplines so the reader can scan without opening every file.
Using the Index
Start from the index when you have an open change and need a comparable precedent. Jump to the collection that matches your trigger, then read two or three timelines to see how similar questions were resolved. The index is updated as new files are verified and added, so the same search will return more context over time. Use it as the entry point to the rest of the archive.
